Is Invoice Simple free? Download, trial and paid limits explained
Invoice Simple is free to download, but that does not mean unlimited ongoing invoicing is free. Its official pricing page advertises a 14-day mobile Premium trial; the three-invoice and ten-invoice monthly allowances are paid-plan limits, not a permanent free tier.
What “free” includes
The US App Store listing labels Invoice Simple “Free” with in-app purchases and says to start with a trial, then choose a plan. The download price and the cost of continued use are different questions.

The trial, first-invoice offer and plan limits come from Invoice Simple’s pricing page, checked November 5, 2026. The advertised trial is specifically mobile; do not assume the same offer applies on every platform or to every account. These offers do not establish a forever-free monthly quota.
Before starting a trial
- Read your checkout offer for the price, billing interval, trial end date and cancellation terms. Do not use the free-download label as your budget.
- Identify who will bill you: Apple, Google Play or Invoice Simple directly. Follow that biller’s instructions rather than assuming all subscriptions use the same route.
- Save copies of invoices and customer details you need before switching tools. Switching apps does not handle your old subscription for you.
For Apple billing, use Settings → your name → Subscriptions → the subscription → Cancel Subscription, following Apple’s instructions. For Google Play billing, use the correct Google Account’s subscriptions page on a computer, then Manage → Cancel subscription → choose a reason → Continue, following Google’s instructions. For direct billing, use the vendor’s cancellation instructions.
Deleting the app is not cancellation, as both Apple and Google explain. Cancellation is also separate from requesting a refund; Apple refund eligibility and Google’s refund eligibility are conditional, not guarantees.
